Rejection of E-mail Collection without Consent.

• We does not permit the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on our website by anyone through e-mail collection programs or other technical devices without proper approval.
• Those who violate this provision will be subject to criminal punishment under the Korean Act on Information Communications Network. (1st, Jan. 2020)

Article 50-2 (Prohibition on Unauthorized Collection of E-mail Addresses, etc)

1. Nobody shall collect e-mail addresses registered on websites where the refusal of e-mail address collection is clearly stated through automatic e-mail address extracting programs or other technological devices.
2. Nobody shall sell or circulate the e-mail addresses collected in violation of Clause 1.
3. Nobody shall use e-mail addresses while knowing such e-mail addresses are prohibited from collecting, selling and circulating pursuant to Clauses 1 and 2.
